Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)
You have the right to return or request a refund within 7 days from the day your order was delivered.
You may return an item if you simply change your mind or are not satisfied.
Refunds include the product price only — the delivery cost will be deducted from the total amount paid.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

As a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase contract within 7 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts the day you (or your representative) receive the product.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 7-day period starts upon receiving the last item.
You may use our optional withdrawal request form or simply contact us before the period ends..
📦 Products must be returned within 7 days after notifying us of your decision.
💳 Refunds (product + standard delivery cost) will be made within 15 days via an online payment method.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store voucher.
🛑 Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned items.
💼 You are responsible for any loss in value due to improper use or damage.
